Day 8

Our first stop was in Amsterdam. We were SO excited about getting a hamburger from the McDonald's in the airport... and then a little sad when we got there and realized they were still serving breakfast.... BUT while we were standing in line, they changed over to the lunch menu! We had lunch with our friends before they would leave us (their flight to the states was a different one than ours). We had SO enjoyed their company and we look forward to continuing our friendship with them (they live only an hour away from us).

I was sad that our plane didn't have a pretty flower on it like this one!

Tony tried to catch up on homework. We were very eager to be back in the states.
Oh how we missed our precious little girl while we were gone! We cannot wait for the day that she gets to meet her little brother!!!!!!!!!!!!! Our next homecoming trip from Ethiopia will be with JOEL!!!!
