Eliah Turns Two!!!

Our precious girl turned two on Feb 25th. We are SO thankful for her in our lives. She makes us laugh and stretches our dependence on God and brings so much joy into our lives. We smile and laugh more with her in our lives. Praise the Lord for his precious gift to us!!!

As a two year old, Eliah is a bundle of energy and hilarity and independence! Here are a few things about her:

-She calls herself "Lila"

-Her favorite song is "The Wheels on the Bus"

-She thinks everything is the color blue.

-When she counts, she says "Two, two, two...five!"

-Her favorite Bible story is Joseph and the coat of many colors.

-Her best friend is Nu Nu (the kid I babysit) and she asks about him everyday!

-Her favorite toys are her babies. She will spend forever taking care of them, covering them with blankets, feeding them their bottles, and, lately, pretending to change their diapers. She calls all her babies Mimi (her name for our friends' baby, Miriam).

-She loves to run and dance around...and sing Ring Around the Roses. She says "pock...ash...fall"

-She loves kisses.

-She gets upset if we forget to hold her hand when we say grace at meal times.

-She loves to watch Elmo.

-She can pick out (sometimes) the letter E for Eliah, P for Papaw, M for Mama and Mamaw, N for NuNu and Nana, B for Brother, and D for Daddy.

-She can throw a ball very well and is very cute when she puts her hands together to try to catch a ball.

--She says "mish" for move, "Dod" for God, "Chee-chee" for Jesus.

--The girl LOVES her milk!

--She loves to eat anything that she can dip, mainly "fre-fri" (french fries) dipped in ketchup. She also loves all kinds of fruit and "ha-cha" (chocolate milk which she obviously refers to as hot chocolate).

--She is a PRO at using a fork and spoon, and does very well with a regular cup too.

--Her "pouty" face is her cutest, due to the fact that she cannot pout through her big smile!

--She loves hairbows!

--She loves wearing jackets and hates to go without socks!

--She is incredibly observant, very helpful, and concerned for others (most of the time).

--She loves to play outside and loves to slide and loves to take baths.

--She has an amazing memory!

--Her mommy and daddy think she is the most beautiful, wonderful, incredible girl that God has ever put on the face of the earth. We are SO proud of our little doodle bug, booger-boo, stinker pot!!!!
